Working principle：

Activated carbon waste gas purification equipment is a dry flue gas purification equipment, which uses the special adsorption of activated carbon to deal with industrial waste gas.

Activated carbon is a very small carbon particle, which has a large surface area, and there is a finer hole in the carbon particle capillary. The capillary has a strong adsorption capacity, because the surface area of carbon particles is very large, so it can fully contact with gas (impurities), when these gases (impurities) are caught in the capillary, they are adsorbed and purified. The essence of activated carbon adsorption is the adsorption of organic solvents in low concentration and large air volume waste gas into activated carbon by the characteristics of activated carbon adsorption. Activated carbon adsorption method is mainly used for removal of gaseous pollutants at low concentration. When the exhaust gas powered by wind machine, vacuum box after entering into the adsorption of activated carbon adsorption layer, because the adsorption of activated carbon on the surface are not balanced and unsaturated molecular attraction or chemical bonding force, so when the contact surface and the gas adsorbent, can attract the gas molecules, the concentration and stay on the surface of activated carbon, this phenomenon is known as adsorption. Adsorption capacity of the activated carbon surface, the porous activated carbon waste gas and high surface adsorbent contact, emissions of pollutants by adsorption on the surface of activated carbon, separating it from the gas mixture, purified gas discharge in the sky.
